Academy of Model Aeronautic
This is our 2nd annual AMA show at the Ontario Convention Center. This year Marie invited Billie and Atom invited Richard. They came home with quadcopters!!we went to Farrell’s to eat afterwards, oh and Barnes& Noble in Rancho Cucamonga
On a mission to visit Marie’s Mission!
Per Atom’s suggestion, Marie picked San Francisco Solano for her 4th grade Mission project. Last year we had a blast in Monterey/Carmel. This year was also exceptional. We stayed at the Hyatt @ Fisherman’s wharf. Our favorite places to eat were Boudin & Bubba Gump. We drove by the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge but didn’t have time to walk it:We had a great time in Sonoma, that’s where Marie’s mission is located. We also visited the Mission Museum which houses models of all 21 Missions. On our way back home we stopped @ Stanford University, kids had an opportunity to fly their drones.
